Useful Oil Recipes
Wow! Spring is such a beautiful time of year, isn't it? New flowers pushing up through the oil after a long winter, blooms on the fruit trees, and the lawn sprouting new growth. Yeah, and with all that new growth and blossoms comes allergins.
When allergies hit, I reach for my essential oils. Here's one of my favorite allergy buster recipes.
1-2 drops Lavender
1-2 drops Lemon (Lime also works)
1-2 drops Peppermint
I add all drops to a Veggie Capsule, seal, and take with water. Or, if I'm in a hurry, I just add all drops to water and "shoot" it. Works wonders for me!
